The Lenten Prayer — ‘of St Ephrem’?

On April 14th/27th, 2017, His Grace Irenei Bishop of Sacramento participated in the IV International Patristics Conference of the Postgraduate Institute of Sts. Athanasius and Methodius, Moscow. The the theme of the conference was "St Ephrem of Syria and His Spiritual Heritage." His Grace gave the follow presentation: "The Lenten Prayer — ‘of St Ephrem’? A Few Observations on a Varied Textual Tradition," which may be read here.
